Kevin, to my knowledge the Soviets were the only user of the B-4. The Soviet involvement in Korea was limited to technical support ( and unofficially pilots). At any rate, the Korean terrain was totally unsuited to the transport and operation of such a monster.

Thought some of them were turned over to the Chinese, enough soviet hardware filtered down the Korean peninsula from Manchuria.

Short answer is no. Just as no ISU-152 were used in Korea. Lots of wishes, no uses.
