I have bought sevral Zvezda 1:72 figure, these figures are really perfect.
But when I try to paint them, the color can't be adhere to the figures. The figures are so smooth.
Before I paint the figure, I have cleaned them with neutral detergent. And I have Acrylicos Vallejo and Tamiya acrylic colors on hand.

Who can give me some advice on this ?

Thanks

Try coating the figures with something...
Be it Future acrylic or dullcoat. If im guessing right you are describing figures made in that rubbery like plastic. And nothing adheres to that short of divine providence.
Try an undercoat...but make it light.
Good luck.

It's actually not that difficult to paint Zvezda 1:72 figures, or any 1:72 figures, with Vallejo.

First - after you cleaned them up, removed any excess plastic and mouldlines - they need a bath to wash away the greasy film that covers them from when they were cast.

Then take a can of spray paint, acrylic, I prefer the Games Workshop, but any brand works, and prime the entire figure (best to do many at once otherwise you'll be wasting a lot of paint). You need the primer otherwise the acrylic paint won't stick to the figure.

After the primer has dried solid, you can start painting. How good it looks depends on your skills as a painter
