Hi Keith,

I have to agree, despite my initial reservations, this is an absolutely cracking wee kit. MiniArt have done a fine job.

Look forward to the build.

Nice Review Keith, looks like these Miniart Valentines are a must have. I wonder what AFV Club will offer to make them worth getting over this one.

Cheers!

Thanks for the review - putting this on the "must have" list. I have a -very- old Russian manufactured Valentine kit but it doesn't look half as good as this one appears in your photos.

The Valentine holds a special place for me as my late grandfather drove one in North Africa as part of the 23rd Armoured. Looks like this kit will be a great opportunity to finally model one up to the standard it deserves.

Hi Martyn,

The wheel sizes are ther same. The difference is not worth bothering about but the space between the large and small road wheels is. If you move the small pair of rod wheels closer by a little you'tt get a much better look.

I built the Mk IV as a MkII and you'll find the fix in the blog.
