I have a build log going on the contructive feedback forum under "AFV Club T34/85" but thought this forum more relevant to my current problem so;
I had brush painted the exterior with Humbrol 117 enamel after some problems with the first colour ( Humbrol 226) and it looked not bad I then thought I'd have a go with a little future polish brushing a small area of the front mud guard and turret front, come this morning it had dried with a nice sheen and looked pretty good so I boldly brushed the whole thing and it has dried streaky and patchy and looks terrible.
If I use my very basic airbrush to put another coat of future on will this even out the finnish or would I be better spraying on a coat of Humbrol Matte Cote would this react with the Future?
Thanks in anticipation of any reply

Paul, in my experience future tends to flow and collect near the bottom of a surface if applied too thick. It then looks streaky and has dried drops. Is that your problem? I usually apply it only with the AB. You could try to remove some with windex window cleaner, maybe that will help? I've never tried it on dried future though. I don't see how another layer with the AB could help.

HTH!

Stefan, thanks for your reply, have brushed on another coat of Humbrol green and tried to keep it as thin as possible and it's now back to a matt finnish, will leave the future for the moment. Think I overloaded brush as other posts say it goes a very long way. Cheers Paul
