Hi Paul,
my guess is this is more a T-54. Look at the dome ventilator and the gun muzzle.

I have a limited knowledge of Russian armor and could tell a T-5x from a T-6x but that's about it.

It looks like the earth (or concrete) has been shaped to form a traverse and depression limiter.

The last pics are actually the Model 46. or T-54-1...If you look at the mantlet it is quite different.

Great stuff! I say it has the concrete pad. It looks like there is a tarp or something around the turret base though - look at the man's legs where it falls to the ground - unnatural?

Definitely a T-54 and thanks for a great idea for a use of an extra T-54 turret and gun I have laying around !!
