I would like to make a small diorama from Iraq 2004 or 2005. I have M915 A1 gun truck and wish to add some figures of US soldiers. Can somebody tell me what figures will are proper for this period? Maybe TRUMPETER 00424 - 1:35 Modern U.S. Army Armor Crewman & Infantry or Modern US Army in Iraq 2005?

Either of the above mentioned figures would go well for the '04-'05 timeframe. At that time, the standard uniform was still the 3-color DCUs. Set #00424 - 1:35 Modern U.S. Army Armor Crewman & Infantry is a much better set though. The figures are molded better and more crisply. You may want to swap the CVC-helmeted heads for Kevlars though. CVCs are not usually used by truck crews. Good luck with it.
