Saw the news on the Tasca Jumbo, but more interesting for me was the DML M4 105mm.

Reallly glad to see this kit come along.

Since they already have the full 105 kit, there is really no excuse not to include the gun breech with the kit.

Pretty simplistic view as the whole recoil system and trunnions is significantly diffent in the M4 105 AG turret. I'd love to see a company that steps ahead actually do that and offer a gun for the turret interior. Tamiya (M4) and Italeri (M4A1 76) did in the 90's and 70's respectively so why cant DML and TASCA?

As for the new M4 105 AG it is a thoroughly welcome release and one that offers a great variety of interesting marking options once again proving the ignorance of the statement that Shermans just come in OD. I'll be curious to see what schemes that DML offer other than the 8TB 4AD option in the Mud cam shown on the Boxtop (not well IMHO). It is interesting that they chose EEC's for the 4AD vehicle as this scheme was worn from COBRA onward during the breakout. Still they are quite welcome.
Now the guessing game: How long before we see the M4 HVSS 105 that they included the markings for in the M4A3 HVSS 105 and the M4A3 VVSS 105?
Cheers

Yip, the lack of a gun breech in most Allied tanks is a pain.

I would be surprised to see ANY interior pcs from DML - now if was German it would have everything including the wiring

My biggest complaint about the Sherman kits is the hatches - they're gimmicky and the inside perscope mounts are horrible. The same for the clear parts - I don't like them.

How long before DML annouces their Jumbo...??

I give DML maybe a month before releasing a M4A3E2 Assault Sherman (jumbo).
