I thought i would show you all this UR-77 that i built a while ago, the model is a conversion set from SP Designs for the Skif 2S1 SPH .
It was a nice easy conversion consisting of a resin turret, rear support beams and a few small ancillarys.
I used part of an Eduard etch kit and the rest is just plastic and brass wire.
The tracks are metal ones from Fruil.

It's look beautiful, I love how long and low profile it looks. The Fruil tracks really work for it as well.

Principle the work is not bad, but there are some points that are worth to fix. Firstly it was necessary to change the road wheels, they are quite similar to the original. If you have already put the metal tracks, you have to put rosin on the rollers or Masterklub Miniarm.
Visible gap at the junction of the rear panel with the side of the case, it was necessary to putty.
Guides on both sides of the sides too oversized, it was necessary to slightly reduce. There are some minor discrepancies on the location and thickness of the rails and fastenings, but it's not much in the eye catches.
And of course lacking a bit of toning. Good luck in further work.

It looks like a "turret" on a kit a little "low siloette", wheels are not of type and all sharp edges are too soft - check photo:
As for me most of a problems are from a kit while the job done VERY WELL.
