I am new to British subjects, been a panzer builder all my life
I did my old tamiya quad truck the mickey mouse color, depicting 8th army in Afrika

The base was mixed with gunze randome and middle stone- resulting in a too sandy color rather than a brownish hue

The mickey mouse was painted using panzer grey, which looks fine.

a) What is the correct tamiya color for British quad, the so called dark/desert yellow?

b) How can I correct the light sandy base color to a close brownish yellow hue short of respraying the entire project.
