i appear to be having some problems with the mess hall chat facility as do other users
even though it says i am logged into the chat room no-one else can see what im writing or so it would seem
can you help kencelot?

Why not come into armorama chat? Its a bit less 'public' and much more intellectually stimulating....Jim #:-)

Three Jim's and Joe on this topic. I think what JimBrae is cryptically referring to is the chat system on the MSN Armorama site. It is a bit more functional then our on-site one. That one is rather buggy and definately is not iMac friendly.

I had problems with chat too.Even tho the system said i was in the (site)room i couldn't even see the room,just where it said who was there.Any ideas?

I've had a few problems with the chat-room, ranging from being "disconnected" and having to log-in again, to chatting with people who don't seem to be logged-in to Armorama in the first place (their call-sign doesn't show on the Homepage)!

Most common seems to be greatbrit's point about no-one knowing you're there... sometimes mid chat, I just don't seem to be able to enter messages anymore.

Good job I'm still so slow at typing that no-one misses me! :-)

Me too! Sometimes, some users are still on the chatroom but ain't responding anymore. What I mean is, they left the room but the name still remains that you'll think they're still with you. Also sometimes, it takes a while for the messages to appear when you typed 'em

id like to try the armorama msn chat, but i couldnt find anyting in the msn page last night, can you tell me the address or post a link please
