I thought some people on Armorama may be interested in the little 1/72 diorama I have been making over on Aeroscale (build blog).

It depicts a post-war scene in August 1945 when 193 Squadron, possibly the only RAF unit to use napalm operationally, were giving a demonstration of the new weapon. They filled the 90 gallon drop tanks from 4.5 gal Jerricans by hand.

Thank you for sharing that. It's a great diorama. It's one of my favorite planes. You've done such a good job with the details I had to remind myself that it was Braille scale. I really like the gray edge to the grassy part, creative and very nicely finished. This one is and was worth a second and third look.

Thanks for your comments Scott, I really appreciate them!

The model is entered in the Aircraft Model of the Month for November, and votes are very much appreciated too

Beautiful work. And an interesting subject, filling napalm by jerry cans eh? Not for me! The Typhoon is one of my all time favourite fighters, I was very happy to see the last remaining aircraft at the RAF Hendon museum when i was over that side of the world back in August.
I'll follow the link and vote, after your shameless self promotion
Keep up the great work.
Cheers.
Tim
