I have found a quick way to make snow. I know that most of you are sickend of hearing how to make snow, but here it is.
Mix up some water, and White Glue.
Spread it on the vehicle, or the joint that you are gonna put it on.
Using a fine mesh strainer, or just the bottle, put Baby powder on the places where the snow is supposed to go.
Now I am only this far, But after this the idea is to spray it with hairspray (Thanks Faust!) and then add it to my diorama.
I am almost done with my Ardennes dio, that I started and never completed.
Then, Normandy Belltower time, that should be fun.
Maybe some of you have used this method, maybe you havn't . I don't care.

hi chip, Its a very good method but I have buyed with luck a snow spray, Normally you use it for spraying a figure on the window in the winter near christmas but you can spray also on military vehicles and slightly on figs, I don't know if you guys got it in the U.S. but when you see some can with the name snow spray on it you must buy it.

And, thanks for the tip, my can is almost empty so...

Chip
Indeed that is a nice tip for adding snow on vehicles. I usually sprinkle it from the can onto my dio`s without diluted white glue and then the Hairspray you seal it.
But for vehicles indeed diluted white glue on the place where you want snow is a good tip.
Thanks for the tip dude

I have used Woodland Scenics Snow with good effect. It is micro-baloons of plastic that give off the shimmer of snow. I mix the "snow" with white glue or Modge Poge (glossy) and use a small putty knife to trowel it onto the AFV. This technique can cover larger areas too. Also, the mixture can be used to make drifts and icecicles. Allow it to thicken a bit and drip it from an overhang.
Using this in layers you can actually lay in a blue tint between layers and get the effect of really cold icy snow.
Give it a try.
