I was thinking about install a small lamp inside my Sturmtiger, because it's a pitty to have so detailed interiors and only a couple of hatches to let the light flowing inside.
I was thinking about perforate the hull, passing some wire and conect with the lamp inside. The lamp would be feed by a cell battery.
What do you think about the idea?

It might be a good idea. You got nothing to loose by trying. I think the effect would be great. Make sure that the light is soft and not too bright and I think you will be on to something.

You might also try spreading the light around with fibre optics as is used in some Sci Fi models

That is a great idea. There was a large scale scratch built U-boat at the local IPMS competition a week or so back and the inside of the conning tower was lighted so you could look down through the hatch and see the interior - it was amazing.
Would it be possible to rig the fiberoptic or light so that it appears to be coming from a lamp or flashlight inside the vehicle? Perhaps the vehicle commander is reading a map? Perhaps a red tinted lens for night operational security?
You've come up with a neat idea. Be sure to let us know how it works.

you could lead a led into a lamp or something to make it look like a a lamp the crew used to light the interior for easy passage at night

Another good idea is to have a generator feeding a work light that is just hanging down inside one of the open hatches.

Nice idea, I like it. I also have the Italeri Sturmtiger with interior details. When bulding it IŽll think in this lamp.
