At that point where getting the right distance for the the road wheel arms from the bottom of the hull.

The directions state use 10mm standoff distance to get the right distance. Question: Is that 10 mm from the hull to the bottom of the road wheel arms without or with the roadwheels already mounted? Silly to ask, but CA glue is unforgiving once cured!!

I'd assume that's with the roadwheels on, as otherwise the thing would ride really high...
