Hi all,
concerning to all the previous postings in this forum I have to make this posting.
The mistake with the "Barracuda umbrella" ist changed right now. All kits which will dispatche by now will have the new "Barracuda umbrella" with 6 sides and one umbrella closed.
I offer also to each customer who got the kit 35071 Leopard 2A6M CAN "Barracuda" with the wrong umbrella the new ones for free. Just drop a line.

I would like to take the chance to make some announcements:
1. our "Christmas sales" beginning at the December 01. till December 24. We offer during that time 10% off for all items listed in the online store.
2. coming soon the S250 Shelter for the HUMVEE kits and the M109 Shop VAN conversion kit. These kits will be better and cheaper than the existing resin kits.

That's good to hear!
Question, what made you decide to include the proper umbrella instead of leaving it as is?

Well done Gerold....now that is excellent customer service...first, that you have corrected the part and second, that you communicated to the customers about how to get the replacements!
Fantastic that you have done both the folded umbrella and the open umbrella. You should consider selling them as an umbrella set as well....they can be used on a Leopard C2, or Taurus ARV, or an ARV 3 Buffalo.
Thanks for letting us know about the sale too!

I'm with Jason, sounds fair enough !
Let's just hope others will follow this example .... at least on such minor issues !
Wanted to make another .... German version of the Bergepanzer 3 "Büffel" next, now I will have to wait a couple of days to order another one .... and the powerpack for the Dutch version I've already built .... still have some room,I think it will fit very nicely
X-Mas sale very nice idea !
Very nice indeed !
And a Canadian version next ?
Cheers
Christopher

Hi,
I just ordered from them this morning using Paypal and everything went fine.
I do not have a profile and ordered by clicking the Paypal button when in the cart and then logged into Paypal in the following page.
Sorry I cannot be of any other help.

I placed an order recently with PSM and used PayPal and had no issues from Canada. Have your wife check her PayPal account transactions history to verify whether the transaction went through or not.

Gerold, I just received my Leopard 2A6M CAN Barracuda conversion via Trackjam Models ( thanks for the great service, Paul ) and it is FANTASTIC; thanks for producing this....now, what are the chances of a Barracuda conversion set for the Tamiya Challenger 2? (he asks hopefully )

Mine also arrived and I am very pleased. I did have a question- does anyone have any tips when installing the turret to the hull? I test fit mine last night and there seems to be a small clearance issue with the bottom front of the turret and the drivers hatch on the hull. If you try to rotate th turret to the right, the drivers hatch makes contact with the turret. I am worried this may also happen with the turret slat armor and the hull
I second a Barracuda set for the Challenger although the Trumpeter Enhanced armour might be the better starting point.

Hi Jason
This is a definite problem if you use the barracuda covered driver's hatch. I've used the kit hatch and it is fine. The turret can be turned. The Barracuda hatch is that much deeper so you will have to trim the bottom edges off to make it shallower if you want to fit it. This is one one many minor problems with this kit.

My suggestion would be don't turn the turret or don't have it traversed over the driver's hatch.
Trimming or sanding the Barracuda on the hatch is easy to do.....many images show the Barracuda on various locations on the tanks torn, worn, or missing.
