Hello
I wan't build a USMC LAV-A2 from trumpeter + Blast models conversion (BL35157K). Is that stowage set shown on picture is proper for my model?

Thanks
Chris

A lot of what's in thatt photo look like Legends Humvee Stowage set. While most of it is probably appropriate for a LAV, there are better options out there.

Blackdog's

Verlinden

Legend

And Real Model offers a stowage set too.

Hello Chris,

I also still ask myself what kit of gear does the US Marines take aboard their LAV`s? Rucksack, combat vests, fuel and water cans, water bottles, ropes or what more? There must be a stowage plan for any USMC or US Army vehicle
issued that tell what kind of equipment is taken on a mission or patrol. Can any of the USMC guy out here say something about it or will this violate the OPSEC? I also wonder if there are specific camo plan for the USMC vehicles like LAV´s or AAV`s and can these be made available to the public? Unfortunaly, many manufactures just recycle some old stuff with their stowage sets, I don`t think the there will be a tank`s roadwheel stowed on an LAV.

Cheers

Hi Chris

I believe the best way to be sure is to look for a reference picture and try to match it

In many pics I have, a lot of items are covered with a tarp or a dust cover that make any ID difficult (not to say impossible )
