I'm reaching out for advice, what are the best kits for a 1/35 Swedish S-tank the STRV 103 c or d? and are there any good update kits.
I've done a few of the modern conventional tanks including the replacement for this vehicle the STRV 122 and have always wanted to build this vehicle.
thanks in advance

I Think Accurate Armour or Cromwell did one ages ago, but
Trumpeter do the only B and another C version.
Eduard do a 'Big ED' set for the C which includes the bar/slat armour on the front of the vehicle.
Enjoy

As far as I know, Trumpeter is the only game in town if you want one of these (I'm assuming you mean 1/35 in plastic). They do a B and a C version.
From what I've read, the dimensions may be slightly off but unless you're a rivet-counter it probably won't worry you as either kit looks the part when built. And if the complicated 4-tone camo doesn't faze you, the C version might be the one for you (you can get away with monotone green for the B).
The detail on the kits is quite nice, though the plastic is that horrible softer stuff typical of older Trumpeter kits that can be a pain to clean up.

First, welcome to Armorama, Tom- I see that this is your first post.
Like Steve said, Trumpeter kits are the only ones available in plastic. They are decent kits (aside from shortened hull) and are inexpensive (I got mine for $18 USD off of ebay).
I've been working on Trumpeter's 103B kit and converted to 103C. See the 2nd link. There is someone who is working on the snow scheme for the 103B version. You can also do a search on the top of this web site on S103's and find lots of threads on the kit. Good luck.

As far as I know, Eduard PE sets for S103 are out of production. However, you may be able to find some floating around on the net. I've scratch-built all my conversions to 103C but Eduard set would have really helped.
