Here are a few pics of a bmp1kshM protok 2 that i built earlyer this year.
The base kit was an old Esci bmp1 ,to this i added part of an Eduard etch kit, and a modelpoint conversion set,
the modelpoint conversion set was really good it came resin and etch parts to make up a protok 1 or a protok 2,a good set of instructions and a dvd with colour walkrounds for both vehicles.
The vehicle was then painteg green and freehand black and light camo grey applied over...paints were humbrol enamels, the whole model was given a colour wash then drybrushed and given a coat of humbrol matt coat
Overall a really good and simple conversion for an old bmp kit.
happy days! Roy

Do you intend to keep the factory fresh look or add some weathering? A very nice build as is.
