The pic was taken in 1994 during the Sarajevo siege.
I've never seen before this t55 derivate.
Do you know what tank is it and do you have more pics of it?
Thanks in advance
...well in my opinion T-55 isn' t just a tank. Actually it is THE TANK...

Mauro,
I've only seen one more picture of this vehicle. It's taken at the same time and place but from a greater distance so it's not much help. It have been discussed that the hull is from some type of recovery variant (note the large box on the rear fender and the added brackets in the front) and the gun is a later version of th 40mm Bofors. I assume that this might be the same type of gun:

Thanks a lot Erik. Seeing your pic (tks for the link) me too, i think it's a 40 mm Bofors gun mounted on an utility T55 hull.
The main question is: That's just an extemporary serbian vehicle or there's some other exemplars? Has this self propelled gun a nomeclature?
If there were a lot of pics and inphos, it could be nice doing a scratch work using a t55 hull and a bofors gun, I think
Thanks again

Ciao
From what I know there are only 3 photos...I think you've them all.
No other details...it was also discussed over ML 2 or 3 years agò but I really don't remeber the topic title....sorry.
I've just seen the thing but the photos aren't so clear....the area is probably the same where we have the photos with peluche on the fender but not the timeframe if I stand correct.
It's an old discussion....no nomenclature or other definitions for the AA tank.
Other than that in balkan conflict there were a lot of field modifications.Cheers

Hi Tony, ciao Ciro
Thanks a lot for the reply
Yes, probably it's just a serbian field modification.
Pity. Too few references to try a scratch work...
