Hi guys,

long time since I posted anything / long time since I touched my models , but this WE I was able to get some work done on the Luchs.
As far as I am concerned it is as good as done, except for a touch up here and there and a flat coat.

For those who are interested: it's a good kit !!!

All comments welcome, as it can still be amended.

Thanks in advance
Rob

Rob,

Tiny little thing! Good job, I like the figure too . . . the figure gives life, action and scale to the tank. I'm glad to see your work here again.

How did you go about doing the clickable pictures? Nice!

-Eddy

P.S. Check you mail message 'inbox' for a little braille fun.

Thanks for the feedback Eddy, and glad you like it.

Clickable pictures are just basic html editing.

Greeting Rob. Your Luchs is looking positively beat-up! It's a nice and unique little vehicle that I'd like to see in injected moulded form one day. I just recently had my first exposure to a resin kit so I can appreciate the work that goes into them. The open hatch is also a very nice feature. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,
Jan

Thanks Jan !

this particular resin kit doesn't demand that much work actually, but it is still a resin kit, if you catch my drift.
For the moment, AFAIK, we can choose between Kora and Modell Trans for a 1/72 Luchs, and I prefer the latter. The MMS (metal) kit in 1/76 is actually also very good, btw.
I believe another resin one is in the works at Armory, but I might be mistaken.

Given the popularity of this vehicle in 1/35, I don't understand why it hasn't been released in 1/72 any sooner.

Cheers
Rob
