Although my favourite subjects are the russian armours (especially those produced in fifties, sixties and seventies), a while time ago I bought on special offer the old Tamiya kit dedicated to the Ford british gun tractor (QUAD "CAB 12"... if i'm not wrong)

I bought this kit because it reminded me when I was beginning to do this beatyful hobby. Infact i had already bought it when I was a kid. It was one of the first model which I did.
Memories aside, I know that this kit although is rather good despite its age, requires quite a lot of works to be improved.
I've already downloaded from the net some references; F. E. this rather good walkaround: http://svsm.org/gallery/chevrolet_cgt_fat_cab12 Is a Cab 12 Chevy exemplar...almost equal but not the same.
I'd like to have some others references. Did you have some links or pics to give me?
As I said at the beginning, i'm not an allied armours expert. I know that many of you are skilled modellers canadian, american and british. Did you have some advice to give me about the Quad tractor camo? (for exemple about the famous "Mickey Mouse Ears" camouflage) What colors i have to use?
Any kind, advice, pic, link and so on, would be greatly apreciated
Cheers
