I'm in the final stages of completing my Trumpeter T-62 but the front idler seems to be sticking out a little, so the track is 1 to 1.5mm sticking outside the track guard whereas the instructions and photos show it to be within the front part of the track guard (refer to photos). Has anyone had this problem and how do I fix it? Thanks

Try: tensioning wheel is not the right place, the suspension arm can play a little bit, cut it out and take it out and glue back together!

Hi Brett
Me too, i have that kit, but i haven't mounted it yet
Anyway, when I was collecting info about it, I read in a forum (I'm almost sure I read on an armorama topic, but i can't find the link) that the pins of the suspension arms don't fit well in their seats. The holes are infact too broad (about 1mm wider) so it could be difficult mounting the wheels correctly. In the post someone suggested to insert small tubes in the holes to narrow the joints.
I don't know, but probably that's the reason why your track links are out of place
Cheers
