Maybe the people here could suggest some figures for a dio idea I have. I have just taken ownership of dragon's new Opel Blitz, and would like work a small dio around it. The idea I have consists of this. The Blitz has broken down, and is pulled off to the side of the road. Ahead of it is a BMW R75, also pulled to the side of the road. 2-4 figures standing around the open engine, as though discussing the problem. The rear gate of the blitz will be down, with 4-8 soldiers sitting on the down gate and rear bench, smoking, maybe passing around a canteen or flask. I would like to try to set his in winter, which brings the problem. There are sets for soldiers at rest, and sets for winter troops, but I can't seem to find a place where the two meet. Can some one point me to some figure sets that would make this idea possible? also, any leads on a good R-75 kit with would be good (if it does not have riders, that would be fine, I wont need them.

thenorm,
For figures, I think you are going to have to select figures from several different kits to get what you are after. Some that come to mind are the Tristar panzer grenadiers vol1 &2. Or maybe even the old tamiya flak crew set.
Just an idea.....hope it helps!

The two tristar set look like they could be useful, and anyone else who has ideas are welcome to chime in.

ah, thanks, I will look at those.
also, drivers, would they have any sort of distinction in there dress, or would they have the standard uniform.
