Hi, Happy new year 2011 to all bros and friends.
Here come with my 1:35 scale of bamboo tree making trip. This bamboo tree model is suitable for use to Vietnam war diorama scenery and I hope that you like it. Together with this preview I has one small diorama based of Vietnam war diorama (in the city) show about building ruin making. Some of my pictures I used mobile phone to photo it so the quality of images not so good hope you apologize for this. Thanks to every suggestions and comments and have a good wished to all of you.
prepare one piece of foam for scenery based.
add paper on top of the based surface for texture.
after the paper I coat my fake clay on top of it.
scatter some of fine brick over the fake clay.
add some fine and rough turfs.
I use one kind of grass leaves making for the bamboo leaves and flora wire for bamboo trunk.
cover tree trunk (flora wire) with art clay.
make trunk section with the model knife.
insert grass leaves to the trunk section many as you can.
I can finish this scenery after this new year and preview to all of you again soon. The rest details for this scenery are add some trees grass and wood bridge.
Second small diorama based (Vietnam house ruined.)
start with sketch the building pattern on the future board.
drop gypsum plaster to the block of building and based.
My another small diorama based.
1.Vietnam house ruin.
2.Iraq house ruined.

Hi Prasert and Happy New Year
This is a nice pictorial and I was wondering if you would mind if I posted a link to it in my Vietnam campaign proposal thread?

Hi Prasert. Some very nice examples of damaged buildings again. I especially like the Vietnam buildings.

hi Prasert, great SBS thread once again. you always made great pieces but the buildings seem to just get better and better to the point that they are visually stunning without any figures or vehicles in the scene. top notch efforts on all fronts buddy. cheers and happy new year, bd.

i have some basic questions:
what is the board made off? what are the mould sections made off? how do you stick them into position strong enough to withstand the pressure of the gypsum?and finally how do you remove them?

Ditto to what Amin said except I recognise the core-flute you used for your future board.
I always love looking at your work Prasert. You are the master of vegetation to me.
Cheers, John

the future board is a thai patent, its available in the Tesco supermarkets in sheets in the stationary dept.the moulds are glued onto the board and made of future cut offs. The corners are sealed in tape to avoid runung.thats my guess.
