I have two questions for you guys: (and yes I did research first)

1.) Does anyone know if the AFV Club T80E1 Tracks fit the Tamiya Pershing??
(I already have them, so I hope they fit, figured I'd ask before I tried myself...save myself
theprobability of cutting another finger)

2.) While I know that the M26 used the T80E1's, would it be wrong to depict these tracks on a WWII vehicle?

No big deal if I can't, I'm just partial to WWII, haven't ventured much into Korea and Vietnam era yet. I'm sure I'll get some wonderful prompt responses, so thanks in advance!!

Jason, the T26E3 Pershing - (WWII version) most commonly used the T81 single pin steel tracks. I have seen at least one pic in which the tank was using the later T80E1 rubber pad tracks in WWII.
If you wish to upgrade the tracks for a "WWII" Pershing, I would suggest you get ahold of a set of WWII Productions T81 Track Links kit # 35007.
