It is dump of old machine's remains somewhere in Afghanistan. I have identified almost all these objects:

Note: in the middle of old ex-Soviet iron pieces there are two very old armored cars of WW2 era - THEY ARE RAREST ACW-IP armored vehicles by British/Canadian - Indian production !!! (Note a pair of two-axle vehicles above the amphibian vehicle).
ACW-IP armored vehicles were supplied in Afghanistan and used there.

No Patrick, it's just the result of a 20mn search using Google ! The first ACW-IP pics I found didn't match Eduard's picture (earlier variant(s)), so I dug a bit deeper
