It looks pretty nice. Good job on the paint and weathering. I like the MP brassards on the Soldiers' arms. What figures did you use on it?
One thing you may want to correct is the rear reflectors. All the reflectors on the rear should be red, not amber. Also, there should be two dark (black) slits on the tail lights as well.
You can see the light set-up and reflectors below.
There should also be a dark slit on the front turn signal as well.
These dark slits are part of the blackout marker system used to mark the vehicle when they are run without headlights.
The only other issue is the coyote brown IBA vest worn by your standing MP. The coyote brown vests were worn by the USMC, not the US Army. You may want to rethink that and possibly redo it in either 3-color desert or woodland camo.
Overall a good job. The HMMWV looks good. A few tweaks and it can look great.

Hi Neil, it looks like a nice clean build but there are too many bits that look unpainted: rear of gun shield & gun mount, around and under the smoke dischargers, edges of doors, the duke, door handles. What colours/paints did you use?
If you're re-painting and this will leave you short of decals let me know: I've a load of humvee decal sets going spare.

Nice, I like the mix and match of parts, the green hood, black and sand wheels, makes if feel like its been through a lot. A finishing up the back rubber liner around the doors and maybe and antenna will help finish up. Inspiration for me to do one in sand!

The coyote brown vests were worn by the USMC, not the US Army.
But some of both branches use the woodland camo IBA?
Yes, the USMC and US Army used the woodland camo IBAs.
