Hi Jim,
I think Scoccia has already made this offer... but it's daft to have two sticky threads in in the Tools and Supplies forum dealing with the same stuff. Before things get out of hand, I'll be happy to combine them into a single "Cheap Alternatives..." thread...
Hope this helps
Rowan

Rowan,
Rather than permenently have these as stickies topics I think an article merging all this info together would be a good idea. Then we can have a link to additional suggestion via the discussion topic link. Up for that?
It would also be a good addition for the Resources area that I want to get to making someday.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim
We're getting so many neat ideas coming in for cheap (or even free!) sources or materials and tools that maybe some sort of index system would be good...
We may not need it right now, but maybe this is the time to be thinking toward the future... (the Review pages are another area which will undoubtedly grow out of all recognition and may need some sort of indexing...)
I'll help however I can - just give me a pointer :-)
All the best
