Here's my take on a DML 1:35 Soviet T-72 dressed in Iraqi markings.
This is an old battered, mauled kit that I restored.

I restored the following items on the kit:
I fixed the broken/misaligned fuel drums
I realigned the tracks to snug fit on the wheels, idler and sprockets.
I added the fuel plumbing.
I removed the incomplete smoke mortars.
I removed the rubber skirts to expose the tracks and kit's supension system.
I reassembled the broken NSV-T MG.
I added the stowage that I rummaged through my spares.
I improvised the straps from masking tape, camo net from medical gauze.

I have a spare Dazzler jammer but i cant seem to remember why i didn't choose to install it

I painted it with Tamiya acrylics and weathered it with oils, enamels and pastel chalks.

Hi Iking!

Very nice work! What I like most is the exposed suspension by removing the skirts! Nice restoration!

All the best

Thanks for the kind words Andreas! Same here, I want to see one of my T-72s with exposed suspensions. I was also about to buy a GILL armor set but I had second thoughts since I am not familiar of any iraqi tank that has a GILL armor:p

Thank you and cheers!

Iking
