I'm building an armed Landrover in Lebanon during the 1970's/ 80's. It's the Tamiya Pink Panther made into a civilian vehicle. I'm still undecided on the faction I'll choose. The vehicle will be in a official Series II color, light blue.
Any help and suggestion on a possible militia is welcomed.

Hi Marc
Moustaffa Assad has several photos of Landrovers belonging to Militias in his excellent book Civil Wars The Gun Trucks Vol.1
According to the book IIRC most of the Landrovers in the Lebanon were Police vehicles which were originally grey.
You should also have a look at this thread on Armorama on the same subject. Lots of helpful info and a link to decals for one of the militias.

Pat,
Thanks for the reply.
I went through the thread at militaryimages.net already, and ordered the phalangist set of Firefly markings in Lebanon.
