Hello guys as the titlw suggests im just wanting to know what tracks were on the l4500 mualtier. I have the zvezda kit and dont like the links tracks so i am wondering which ones to get after market wise. From what i can gather they are pz2 or wespe tracks any help would be appreciated. TIA

Yes, they are Panzer II family tracks. Any aftermarket tracks for the Panzer II should work, but you may need more than one set because of the longer suspension (depending on how many extras are included in the set). Bronco's set (kit AB3513) includes 216 links, for instance. Not sure about Model Kasten. If you do use plastic links, you may be able to mate them with some of the kit links to get the proper run length.
I wouldn't be surprised if the aftermarket guys eventually offer a set specifically for the halftrack with the necessary number of links (and Friul often throws in a replacement drive sprocket, in case the plastic one doesn't fit).

Hussar has released one, with a spare included (#35089)

...and so has Schatton-Modellbau (no spare) :
