I've seen pix of a scheme that is primarily green with some thin PZ yellow and red/brown stripes. Would love to get a overhead and both sides front and rear If anyone could direct me to some photos, or color schemes. i tried search here, on track links (I KNOW BOOO) and even the tamiya kit pix.. It seems there was one that was greener if memory serves/

you mean like this:

That T II was assigned to s.Pz.503, in Mailly de Champs, in 1944.

Actually, that paint job is overall Dunkelgelb oversprayed, in wide stripes, with RAL 8017 Rotbraun and RAL 6003 Olivgrun.

Google "Mailly de Champs", choose "Images", then peruse the results.

Thanks Joseph. Iwas able to copy that and enlarge it on a Powerpoint sheet for printout. I took a tank I had built some years back and sprayed it Olive grun all over. So far i have useda small fine point brush and laid out some of the Dunkle gelb outlines then filled them in with the Rotbraun on the turret and tube. I am pleased with the initial results. I will just have to dig some replacement decals out of my spares box to complete and add back on all the cables and tools i removed. But this has been a great project thanks to everyones assistance.

Mailly-le-camp, IIRC

Da*n it, Jim! I'm a modeller, not a French major!

that's the problem with French:

There's a different word for everything.

To be technically accurate, Dunkelgelb RAL 7028 was the base color of all vehicles and equipment since February 1943. It was applied at the factory before the vehicles were issued to the respective units. Olivegrun RAL 6003 and Rotbraun RAL 8017 were applied by the units, after receipt of the vehicles, in patterns dictated by operational environment, and, by the creativity of the individuals painting them. Patterns weren't standardized until 19 August 1944. T IIs with the initial production (Porsche) turret weren't affected by this order because they weren't produced after June 1944.

So, in a nutshell, in order to accurately model that particular scheme, it's Dunkelgeb base followed by Olivegrun and Rotbraun stripes. Penlight carrying/pocket protector wearing judges will know the difference; and, you might suffer the indignity of being mocked in unison by fellow modellers for commiting this egregious faux pas.

As it was a repaint, it was dunklegelb to begin with, so the flashlight judges will be out of luck on this one LOL. Oh and the scheme came out very satisfactorily. It was so much easier having it in 48th scale on a sheet of paper at my worktable rather that squinting at the computer screen and trying to duplicate it sitting at the computer desk.
