I'm starting to get to the point where I'll start cutting plastic for my AC3 scratchbuild and am trying to gather photo reference. Does anyone know of walkarounds out there for the 25 pounder armed AC3 Sentinel tank? I've found a few lo-res photos from the Sentinel website but little else. There is apparently one still available at the Treloar Technology Center at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra but that's a bit of a hike for me! Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt

G'day Matt,
The Trolear technology Centre is just up the road from me. The Centre is used for the storage and restoration of vehicles & aircraft. Unfortunately, it is only open to the public on rare occasions. They had an open day a couple of years ago, but I didn't get any photos of the Sentinel.
They haven't advertised a date for one this year yet.

In the absense of anything else I can offer these which are poor quality due to the AWM's cordoning and a failing flash. Drop me an email at abowie - at - bigpond dot com for high res if you can find them useful

Those would be very helpful indeed, especially for details of the mantlet. If you could send them. I'll kick you an e-mail.
Thanks,
Matt

You may find other results by searching under its official name "AC3 Thunderbolt", or derivations thereof (eg ACIII, AC MkIII, etc.).
