im going to post some photos from my wip my king tiger battle of the bulge

there are some movement texture on this side of the tracks special for later when it is attached to the base that have texture also, so the track will look natural

This side of the track is normal without texture movement

i have one question regarding the canon, because i want to make it just like mig on his KT

A build log I will follow

Regarding the canon. The Germans used a black / dark grey primer a bit glossy IIRC. I always used a dark grey and than make some washes, filters etc.

Hope it helps.

oki,

Pawel is correct about the barrel color. This would only happen if you replaced the barrel as it came from the vendor to the field and the crew just didn't have time or paint to over spay it with the same color(s) as the rest of the vehicle. The muzzle brakes were usually painted in a high temprature black color at the vendors.
