Hello,
for the "under the sun" campaign, I wish to build a valentine tank as used by the free french in Tunisia 1943.
The instructions are to paint the tank in its british green... or perhaps with brown cammo on top...
What is the british green ? How to achieve it with Tamiya paint ?
Do you know what that brown would be ?
Sorry, that's a lot of questions !

This site will give you some idea of British colours, but the paint mixes are only for Humbrol/Revell enamels.

Penpen, for all of the AFVs received by our Army from the British immediately after WWII the closest match I ever found is Tamiya X27 "black green" toned down with a lighter filter...

Humbrol has a British bronze green in its paint line, not sure of the number off the top of my head but if you check out a list of their colors youll find it.

Going by the tonal values of black'n'white photos, I'd go for Tamiya Dark Green with Dark Earth camo. This was sometimes seen on the Tunisian front.
