Now that I am building a 1/32 scale early Sherman I would like a crew to display with it.
Painting the figs is just far to tedious for me to do.
Anwhere I can get some already painted?

Doug's Originals and Alpine Miniatures both have finished figures.

If you have certain figures in mind, or a certain set, you could always pay somebody to paint them for you. There are at least a few modellers here who take work on comission.

That's news to me. Care to post a link showing either company selling finished figures.

Squadron sells finished figures.
Model Rectifier Corp is one of the lines of pre-painted figures Squadron sells. Alpine and Doug's do not sell pre-painted figures, so don't bother wasting your time looking for these - they sell resin figures which require assembly and masterful painting, they truly are for the figure connoisseur.
However, your request is for a 1/32 scale Sherman crew. Old Airfix or Monogram kit? Other than toy soldiers (don't think "green army men", think "collectible toy soldiers") in 1/32 scale or 54mm I don't know where you might find a crew in this scale. If you are insistent on the scale being true to the vehicle, I might suggest modifying a set of Airfix 1/32 scale multi-pose figures from infantry to AFV crew, but then it doesn't meet your pre-assembled and pre-painted requirement. If you're not too fussed by scale and size, you could get away with installing a 1/35 scale crew (as the above posters have alluded to), which may present you with more options.
Frank's suggestion above is probably your best bet though.
