Nice work on your K1A1. I built the same kit last year, and was very impressed with it! I don't see it in the picture, but most K1's had an additional rack on the rear hull, right over the exhaust grilles. They carried a couple spare fuel cans

From my time over there in the mid-90s, the colors are the same as the US, the pattern is just a little bit different.

Hi Piotrek,
that's a nice looking piece of work you've done so far. How was the build? Any problems?

The kit is exelent quality, parts fit very well. Only problems you might have its stowage basket if you using Legend. Also tracks are too long, wich is not a big problem, because sideskirts cover them.

Excellent build and paintjob ! I remember having built the Coree Productions model years ago and your definitely looks easier to build and is really nice looking.

You did a great job on a very tricky camo scheme!!! The light tan bands gave me trouble getting them to "wrap" the darker colors , you nailed it! the flag looks good too, tissue paper? A few pics even show 3 small flags on the commanders cupola, I made em..the kitten removed em...
Heres one minor issue..wipe some steel paint over the skate rail on the MG mount, pics show it almost black.
Great job!

Flags are a nice burst of bright color- dust is also coming along well.

Well made!
I see that the model of Academy is more accurate than the Trumpeter in many respects, as the shape of the rack on the turret sides, the panoramic sight and the shape of the turret hatches.
