Just wanted to give a tip of the hat to Gerold at Perfect Scale Modellbau; recently I ordered the Leopard 2A6M Can Barracuda conversion, and found that one of the turret baskets had not formed properly in the mold. I sent an email to Gerold at PSM, and he promptly sent me a replacement set, to the US, free of charge. If anyone orders from PSM and has any problems with their products, don't hesitate to contact them; they are friendly, stand behind their products, and I will definately order from PSM again.

I second that option. Bought their stuff on three occassions so far and the quality was good, delivery reliable.
