Howdy all-
I have an itch to build an S-51 SPG, which was a KV-1S chasis mated with a B-4 203mm howitzer. Unfortunately, I can only find photos of a video game rendition of this vehicle, and not any real photos. Does anybody have any other photographs of this beast?

Hey, Kyle
C-51 never went into production, so it was never used in a real combat. And it is pretty hard to come up with visual references for this one. But here is what I have:

Wow, you're the man. That is more than I could find after 2 hours of searching the internet and my KV books. Thanks a million!

Its neat that you should mention this, why I can't specifically help out much, I will be building a similar build with the B-4 mounted on top of an IT-28 (someday soon hopefully). Good luck!

Kyle, Kyle, Kyle...
I gave you all the info there is on the S-51, that mortal man has accumulated. It is on your laptop, remember?
I spoke with Neil Stokes about this at the 2010 AMPS Nationals and he agreed, at the time, that there was that small amount of info on it, hence he did not include it in the KV book. You should have it all. The only other, better, way to search for russian stuff is to use the cyrillic alphabet, which makes it the only more marginally better C-51...

It is right - dear Minsk94 has given almost ALL existing materials about S-51 SPG.
I can add only 3D model picture of S-51 vehicle:
