Sometimes, for Allied modelers, wanting a particular subject is a bit like waiting for a bus - you wait ages and 6 turn up at once. On that theme, here is AFV Club''s latest 105mm Howitzer Variant. The Photo report can be seen:

Competition is never a bad thing, especially as we see it so infrequently in allied subjects. Now we actually have a choice what kit we buy

Not always a fan of HF but these crews look very good too. At least they aren't modified infantry

Good news indeed! The Marine Crew looks great, I have my doubts about the Army crew however since they have their web gear still on.

Cheers!

Gun Looks great
Gun crews not so great. both are missing a crew member. the #2 gunner is missing. he is responsible for setting the elevation, elevating the gun closing the breech and firing the gun.

Beside the fact that they're missing the nr. 2, the army crew has it's full webbing and what looks like ammo bandoliers!!.
I know there are photos of crews with webbing, but normal practice is to take it off.

Ya, me too. I hope I didn't sound like a nit picker. Can't get enough of the big guns, especially allied.
