Yes, it is. The Tamiya M60A3 kit will build into an M60A1 RISE/Passive, M60A3 or M60A3TTS tank. I believe it even includes the original Tamiya M60A1 early air cleaners so you can get an early M60A1 (less early tracks) out of the box.

The USMC kit is basically the exact same sprues with the ERA and crewmen tossed in. They had also added a new sprue with the all steel road wheels, but a late life M60A1/3 could be found with either style.

I guess I must have jinxed it... the release date has been moved back to 03/April.. I hate when they do that
