The base looks really good, especially the running water, you've nailed that.
Right now, the first looks like a parking lot, (of nicely built models). Just too much stuff and no real focus. To work, you might add a bunch of figures getting ready to hold off the Red Army in a Last Stand scenario. They could be setting up machine guns, preparing a bulwark of stuff from the house, setting a charge to blow the bridge, etc.
In the second, you have mixed NATO cammoed vehicles with an Israeli Fitter which just doesn't flow. Also, your Bradley is riding atop the water.
Think out your story, and use just the elements that flesh it out.

Hi Delta, your water looks very good I was wondering what you used for it? ANd how did you get it to look rippled etc?
