Hi guys,

I have ordered a Tasca Luchs and am eagerly awaiting my order. I noticed the barrel from some reviews looks pretty plain. I don't typically buy aftermarket barrels due to the cost, but have read some reviews on the 20mm KwK38 barrels and there is enough detail in them to make them worth a little investment.

Here is my question. Rather than pay about $11 for one barrel, would this barrel from Lionmarc (10042 -- see link below) work on my Luchs? I figure I'd invest the $17 for four barrels from the AA gun if it will work in the kit with minimal futzing around (very important). I would then sell off the other three barrels to recoup some cost.

Thanks for the help guys. I have just gotten back into modeling several months ago and am having a blast. Armorama is a big reason for that.

Yes, these barrels would work for a Luchs, as it used the longer 1.3 meter Flak barrel. You could also use the remaining barrels on any single 20 mm Flak unit, towed or self-propelled, that used the Flak 38 gun (the Flak 30 barrel was different).
