Trumpeter makes a nice set (vinyl tires) Set #06607, Legend also makes a resin set (not sure of the #) both look pretty good, just depends on whether you like resin or vinyl, and, the price: Trumpeter is a little cheaper.

Depends if you're looking for the narrow tires or wider SLEP wheels.
For the wide ones Trumpeter offers them separately, they are nice for vinyl and IMO look more the part than Legends. I just got Legends and the tread and details seem too pronounced, though the set comes with a spare and a blank tire and they don't have the mold seam like Trumpeters.
For narrow tires Armorscale has a set in resin. Never used them, but will try to get a set for the next build since i didn't like Trumpeters vinyl ones.

Hobby Fan do an "old" and a "new" set of Lav-25 Wheels, they are quite good
