This is a really nice start for a dio and a funny concept too.
I`m not so familiar with the vehicle looks a bit WW1 to me correct me if I`m wrong.
If you want building tips I can recommend to built up all leveling with styro foam then white glue diluted with water sprinkle sand where sand needs to come and grass where grass needs to come. the whole proces is quite clearly described on the site from Doc Dio in his article section there are some articles on how to do good groundwork. here they are check out the simple dio articles they are very good and clear

I followed your build of the "T". now I can follow the dio. This piece is a perfect canidate for a simple scene. I think you are are the right track. You don't see very much of the WW1 models any more. Keep up the great work

Hi mate, looking good.
As for a title, if you changed the road junction into a T-junction with the same theme, it could be called "The Model T-junction"
Sorry, first thing that came in my head.
Cheers

Like the concept and the subject. Excellent storyline.

THOUGHT: think about elevating a part of the terrian (styrofoam or wood ) with maybe the road cut into the hillsside... Maybe some Barbed wire or an old farm fence... not taller than your fine Model T, but something to give it some character and depth.

Geez, makes me what to mess with a WWI figure... Where was that Trench Campaign anyway...?

...wandering off looking....

Thanks all for input. Airwarrior, thanks and the top was done with tissue paper, water and white glue. Tazz, after searching endlessly for WW I figures , on one sight 0ver 600, I had the choice between 2 sets and choose this one made by Model Cellar Productions located in Pa. Will keep posting pictures as I move along.
