Can somebody tell me when US Army started to use Gunner Protection Kit and Duke Antennas on their M1114 in Iraq war?

Taking a guess for 2004, the GPKs in some shapes and forms started to arrive in Iraq (I was there in 2005-2006).
The M105C antenna (commonly called the DUKE antenna) began appearing after 2006, maybe mid year as the DUKE systems began to augment/replace the "colored" (Red, Green, Red/Green combo) countermeasure systems.
