"Return Salute" is a two figure set designed to go with the 1/24 scale Tasca plastic kit of the Panzer II tank. The figures depict a small boy saluting a passing tank commander. However, with your imagination, they can be used in other vignettes or as stand alone figures.

What's with 1/24th scale figures for the Tasca kit? Remember the Model Cellar figure?
Me, I'm waiting for the Tristar resin figure (Afrikakorps) which shows something nice can be done in 1/24th.
Cheers,
Christophe

Hi
I agree. With the fine detail and superb sculpting wide available at the smaller scales of 1/35 and 1/48 these bigger figures are a pretty poor in comparison.
Whist I like the character evident with the figure of the boy the head and facial detail leaves a lot to be desired.
The Commander figure has no redeeming qualities in my opinion and looks more like something you'd find a small child's toy rather than a detailed scale model.
