At one time Bilek produced a 1/35th scale kit of a Dodge WC-54 Signal truck. Is this just the Italeri ambulance reboxed with different decals or is it a completely different kit altogether?

It's a reboxing of Italeri's kit. They had also reboxed other kits like the US trailers.
