Excellent work, Jacob. I, too, like the chipping-- understated, not crazed.
My one suggestion would be to add a little "dirt" to the decals, as they seem very clean to my eyes. The pig probably should be trussed-up, too. There's one included in I believe a Miniart motorbike kit. But overall those are minor quibbles with an excellent build.

Jamal: Yes, it's the Tamiya kit. If you're thinking of building this kit, I can only say "go for it!" It's a great kit.
Bill: I agree on the decals' brightness, but in real life, they're a bit darker. I think the pictures came out too bright, probably becuase of too much flashlight. I really ought to learn to take better photographs. I think this might be the same problem with the pig. But thank you anyway, I like it when people gives good and constructive feedback, like you always do.

Jacob, Nice kit, great chipping, maybe a little more on the "hoops" on the cargo bed taking the tarps off and on would create wear. The tank road wheels IMHO would crush the wooden crate. I also think that the road wheels wouldn't be in pairs but seperate but not sure about that. Love the rust on the exhaust manifold. I wish my Famo looked as nice as yours ! Thank You for sharing with us ! Tom

Ivanhoe6: You're right about the hoops. Haven't really thought of that, but ofcauce, they would be worn. About the Pz. IV wheels, I don't really know how much they weigh, but I don't think they're that heavy.....Maybe But I'm quite sure they come in assembled state. I agree, that Panther and Tiger wheels come seperate, but Pz. III and IV wheels seems to be delivered in pairs.

The pig really adds a touch of realism.

Actually not, I suppose First, it needs weathering badly. Second, it wouldn't stay there for long. Killed pig would be more transportable.
The model itself is 1st class.

Ah yes, what is a proper pig without paint chipping and rust
Jacob: Your FAMO looks great, and I particularly love the weathering on the tires, tracks, and wheels/sprockets. The one thing I would suggest apart from anything else mentioned here is to add a bit of detail to the engine. It would benefit with a little extra detail around the carb(s), some wiring, a bit of stain around the the carb(s) on the intake manifold and around the oil filler caps, and any hose clamps if needed. Normally I wouldn't worry about this, but the engine is a very prominent feature of this particular vehicle.

Good build, i'm currently doing a 72nd version of the FAMO, what paints/processes did you use on the tracks?
