G'day All,
Just a teaser of what we are working on.
The one on the right has been done on the low res fast setting. But depending on the reaction I get from this post we might give it ago on the high res slow setting.
Let me know what you think.
No idea on price or availability as yet. Just gauging the market.
Cheers Jason

new test shot, I would say definitely. Is it a 'huge' challenge to separate the cut sections; I see there's wee small connections within the cuts.
The old test shot, my feeling is 'not'. Looking good!
I don't buy models to stash them, I'd rather build 'em. So I don't have a huge stash. I don't count rivets, and I can appreciate the spirit of What-if-'46 campaigns. Mostly 1/35 ground militaria, my preferred topic. But I dabble. 1/48 B29 coming up s

Jason can I suggest and ask that you attach some to an AFV or even sheet plastic in order that people can judge better if it will look the part, it is hard to see if it will work or not otherwise.

Hopefully doing that tonight Darren.

G'day Graeme,
It's 80gsm paper.
The printed pattern is just something I'm toying with. As there are about 30 different patterns, I don't think I will go with the whole colour fast printed version.

Just a quick test. The colour printed paper is not helping to much. So drop that idea.

This is really nice... certainly look the part.
Do you plan on making sheets that could be cut to fit, or sheets that are already cut to fit specific vehicles?
Looking forward to seeing it on sale either way.

Thank you. The plan is to make up a generic resin sheet of Barracuda MCS (Mobile Camouflage System) the same way that Cavalier do resin Zimmerit sets. Then if I can get the laser cutter (funding pending as it is NOT cheap), I will then produce the Barracuda sheets in A4 and A5 size.
I have decided after testing tonight not to go ahead with the colour version.
At the moment the paper holds together quite well after diluted PVA has been applied. Once dry it can still be manipulated easily. Later on with more testing I will try even finer paper , say 30-50 gsm.
Cheers Jason

One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.
